Pork Scratchings
Perfect for a snack for two, or ten, you can make as much or as little of these pork scratchings as your like. Once you’ve dehydrated the pork, you can even store a coupla in a jar or container for next time - it’ll last much longer than your bottle of rosè!
METHOD
Boil the pork (as much or as little as you like), drain and cool overnight
Scrape off all excess fat. Destiny’s tip - the closer you can get to the skin, the more light and airy your scratchings will be!
Cut into your desired shape & size. We love long, chunky strips.
Dehydrate for 12 hours.
Air fry on high for 3-5 minutes, or deep fry.
Then all that’s left to do is add your seasoning of choice. Our fave is spicy lime seasoning.
Don’t forget to pour a glass of your coupla viinos rosè as well!
